Drone Peril is a Techno-Thriller that follows the investigation into a drone serial killer. Detective Diane Cramer is assigned to lead a murder investigation after her superior suddenly collapses on the scene of a crime. The only evidence is a corpse with no identifiable cause of death. Diane soon discovers she is investigating a small part of a much larger conspiracy–can she find the mysterious killer before they strike again?

After VX gas is discovered the FBI and Homeland Security ended up taking over the investigation. The lead FBI Agent, Joe Piro, takes every opportunity to accuse Diane of incompetent Police work and demands she be taken off the case. Diane perseveres and traces the VX gas to a North Korean importing operation. After surviving a shootout and stopping the VX smugglers, her heroics go viral.

That’s when the Villain, Hans Richter, begins targeting Diane with a drone.

The novel is separated into three acts. Act 1 follows Diane as she investigates the murder of a young woman. In Act 2, Diane, after arresting the VX gas smugglers, becomes the new target of the drone serial killer and assassin-for-hire, Hans Richter. It becomes a race between the two of them–can Diane find the drone serial killer before he kills her? In Act 3, the drone assaults by Richter reach a new level of peril, with tens of thousands dead, and only Diane can stop him.
